BAKARA AYDINLATMA İNŞAAT TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ INFORMATION NOTICE FOR MEMBERSHIP AND/OR MARKETING PROCESSES
This Information Notice has been prepared within the scope of the processing and transfer of "Personal Data" of natural persons regulated by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"). Within the scope of Law No. 6698, all current information you share with our company shall be considered "Personal Data". Bakara Aydınlatma İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi - Tax No: 1320018049 ("bakara.com.tr", "bakara– Patent No: 2014/78004) processes the following personal data of yours through digital and physical platforms, including our sales channels such as our websites and means such as social media, in connection with your use of the products and services of our brands: identity data such as your first name, last name, and date of birth; contact data such as your phone number, email address, and address; payment information regarding the services you have purchased; other personal data you have personally provided in the context of your requests and complaints; and behavioral and digital footprint data we obtain through cookies if you use our websites.
b) Purposes for Which Your Personal Data Will Be Processed
The personal data listed above may be processed for the following purposes and similar ones: communication and information through means such as email and online advertising; offering personalized campaigns and presenting promotional activities related to our products/services and analysis of the data we process within this scope as part of statistics and planning activities; managing customer satisfaction and complaints; fulfilling requests submitted through channels such as social media and our website; conducting customer satisfaction surveys; improving products and services and procuring services from external sources such as technology and infrastructure services; preparing the necessary information and documents required by relevant legislation, retaining and sharing information requested by public institutions and authorities, fulfilling notification obligations, and complying with other legal obligations; taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of our systems and applications; and sharing information and documents that are essential for performing the work with our business partners as part of the offering and development of our products and services.
Furthermore, your personal data may be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502, the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the secondary legislation related to such laws, obligations arising from tax legislation, situations required by other competent public authorities, and other relevant legislative provisions, and may be transferred to and stored in both digital and physical environments in the physical and/or electronic archives and information systems belonging to Bakara Aydınlatma İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi - Tax No: 1320018049 ("bakara.com.tr", "bakara– Patent No: 2014/78004).
