Yes. The prices shown on Bakara.com.tr are VAT-inclusive.

Payment

a. You can pay for your purchases on Bakara.com.tr using a credit card from any bank, secured by İyzico.

b. You can pay with debit cards and cash payment (ATM) cards.

c. You can complete your purchase quickly and easily with BKM Express.

d. You can also make your payment via Bank Transfer/EFT. The required bank information for transfer payments is provided on the payment page. A special 5% discount applies to Bank Transfer/EFT payments.

We do not currently accept cash-on-delivery orders.

Installment options are available on World, Bonus, Maximum, CardFinans, Axess and Paraf credit cards for purchases on Bakara.com.tr.


Security

During payment, your credit card information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL and sent automatically to the bank that processes the transaction for authorization. During this process, your information is sent only to the bank and is not stored by Bakara Aydınlatma İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

The identity information you provide during membership registration and shopping is stored in accordance with the membership agreement.


In-Store Pickup

It is a system that allows you to pick up your order from your preferred Bakara Collection store. When placing your order, simply select one of our stores as the delivery address.

This service is available at all Bakara Collection stores. For store addresses, please click here.

You do not need to pay any extra charges for your In-Store Pickup order.


When placing your order, on the payment page at the delivery address selection step, click "In-Store Pickup" and simply select the store from which you want delivery to take place under "Select Store".


You can pick up your order with your order number and ID.


a. When your order arrives at our store, a notification will be sent to the email address registered in your membership information.

b. You can track the delivery information for your orders from the My Orders section in your membership account.


If you open the package and identify any damage before leaving the store, your product will be exchanged or refunded at our store.


Delivery

All products purchased from Bakara.com.tr are handed over to the courier within 1-7 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 1 business day for shipments within Istanbul and 1-4 business days for shipments outside Istanbul. The courier company will deliver your order to the address you specify between 09:00 and 18:00 on business days.

Shipping is free on all orders placed on Bakara.com.tr.

Products you have purchased from Bakara.com.tr are delivered through our contracted courier companies, DHL Express and Aras Cargo.


Our distribution network is limited to the DHL Express and Aras Cargo distribution networks.


Estimated delivery time to the address you specify for your orders is 1 business day within Istanbul and 1-4 business days outside Istanbul. If you cannot be reached at your address on the delivery day, the courier company will leave a notice at your door and your shipment will be delivered to the courier company's distribution office. Shipments not picked up from the distribution office within 3 business days are returned to our warehouse. Once your products reach the warehouse, we will contact you and after the necessary arrangements are made, the shipment can be sent to you again. If you cannot be reached, your order will be cancelled and refunded in the same way you paid.


When the package is delivered to you, if there is crushing, deformation, dampness or any condition that may damage the product, please open the package together with the courier officer and check the condition of your products. If you see any damage to the products, do not accept them and ask the courier officer to keep a record. The recorded products will be sent back to us by the courier company and we will exchange or refund the products.


For orders that are past their delivery date, you can email us at destek@bakara.com.tr or reach us by phone at +90 212 270 33 73. We can provide detailed information and, if you wish, cancel your order.


Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been handed over to the courier, you can cancel your order from My Account > My Orders. You can also send your request via email at destek@bakara.com.tr or call us at +90 212 270 33 73 between 09:00–19:00, six days a week (closed on Sunday).

Once your cancellation request is approved and if payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to your card. Installment payments are refunded in installments due to bank processes. Since the refund process varies depending on your bank, you can follow up on your refunds by contacting your bank.

Returns & Exchanges

You can find the details of your order from My Account > My Orders. If you completed your purchase as a guest user, you can track the process from bakara.com.tr/account/orders or from the SMS and emails sent to you regarding your return.

You can create a new return request for products for which 30 days have not passed since the invoice date.

If you placed your order as a registered user through your account, you can find the return shipping code in the relevant order details under My Account > My Orders; if you completed your purchase as a guest user, you can find the code on bakara.com.tr/account/orders.

Your return code expires 7 days after it is created. If you have not delivered your return package to the courier branch or courier within this time, and you are still within the 30-day return period from the invoice date, you can initiate a new return request to receive a free return shipping code.


If you completed your purchase using the installment payment option, the refund is issued to your card in installments by your bank.


The satisfaction of our valued customers is always our priority. If you wish to return your product, we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions:

  • You can return your products together with all their accessories, provided that 30 days have not passed since the invoice date and the products are unopened, with their tags intact, unused and in resalable condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you cash on delivery. For this reason, we recommend you try the products as soon as possible upon receipt, in a way that does not damage the product or its tags. You can return any item you find unsuitable to us as described above.
  • You can return your items free of charge via DHL Express and Aras Kargo.
  • When your return shipment reaches us, you will be informed by email. After the products are checked for compliance with return conditions, refunds for accepted return requests are forwarded to your bank within 3 business days. Your refund is processed by your bank in accordance with your payment method; installment purchases are refunded in installments. You can follow up on the refund process by contacting your bank.


  • 30 days must not have passed since the invoice date,
  • The original packaging of the product must be intact and unopened,
  • Product tags and any logos must not be removed,
  • The product must be in resalable condition.


If you wish to exchange products you have purchased from Bakara.com.tr, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

  • You can exchange your Bakara Collection products that meet the exchange and return conditions at any Bakara Collection store of your choice, within 30 days of the invoice date, together with your invoice.
  • Exchange transactions can only be completed at Bakara Collection stores.


  • Refunds for products approved for return are forwarded to your bank for refund to the card you used within 3 business days, or refunded in the same way using the payment method you used at purchase. While the refund process to credit cards is on average 1-3 business days, this process may take longer for cash debit cards. Please note that the process is entirely dependent on your bank, and Bakara.com.tr cannot intervene in bank processes. Items purchased in installments are refunded in installments in accordance with bank policies.

FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Bakara.com.tr aims for the unconditional customer satisfaction principle of Bakara Collection in online shopping. Deliveries are made free of charge.

Free Shipping: Your orders are shipped free of charge via DHL Express and Aras Kargo. All products purchased from Bakara.com.tr are handed over to the courier within 1-7 business days. Please verify your delivery address before placing your order.

Pursuant to applicable regulations, service providers (postal/courier companies) record at least the recipient's first name, surname, and Turkish ID number (or for foreign nationals, passport number, the number of the equivalent internationally valid document, or the identity document number issued by Turkish authorities) at the time of delivery, and store this information confidentially for at least two years to be presented to the relevant authorities when requested. If the recipient does not wish to provide their identity information, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

Free Return Shipping: If you wish to return a product you purchased, you can send it free of charge by creating a return request from My Account > My Orders or from bakara.com.tr/account/orders within 30 days from the invoice date and shipping in accordance with the return shipping method.

RETURN CONDITIONS

30-Day Right of Return: You can return the products you wish to return within 30 days of receipt. The products must meet the return conditions in order to be eligible for return.

Free Return Right: If you create a return request from My Account > My Orders or from bakara.com.tr/account/orders and ship the products accordingly, you will not pay any shipping fees.

In-Store Exchange: You can exchange products purchased from Bakara.com.tr for any product of your choice at Bakara Collection stores within 30 days.

Return Received Notification: You will be notified by email when your return reaches us.

Refund: After your return arrives at the relevant warehouse, it is checked for compliance with the return conditions, and refund procedures for products eligible for return are completed within 3 business days. You will be notified by email once your return is processed by bakara.com.tr. After this stage, the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account varies depending on the bank's processes. You can track your refunds by contacting your bank.
